THE HOME OF JOY
The Home of Joy is a transformative seven-day journey into creativity, energy work, and self-discovery. This unique workshop offers a sanctuary for deep exploration, guiding you toward the untouched, radiant core of your being.Led by art and sophrology practitioner Rosenda Arcioni Meer, The Home of Joy is an experience of creative flow, self-reflection, and meaningful connection both with the surrounding nature and the other participants.
What you’ll experience: a journey into creativity and self-discovery
The programme is designed to activate and harmonise the body’s seven main energetic centres through movement, mindfulness, artistic expression, and nature-based practices. Each morning, we engage in movement, drawing, writing, and shared reflection to awaken our inner world. Afternoons invite us to explore materials such as dry chalk, watercolours, and charcoal, allowing for playful engagement with form and colour. This holistic practice is not about producing art; it is about surrendering to the process, letting go of expectations, and embracing what emerges.

Who is this for?
This workshop is for anyone seeking a deeper connection to themselves through creativity, energy work, and mindful exploration. No prior artistic experience is required. The Home of Joy is for anyone willing and ready to enter a space where both light and shadow are welcomed. True personal growth can be challenging, yet it is profoundly rewarding when approached with openness and curiosity. In the vibrant stillness of the Umbrian hills, you will find the freedom to breathe deeply, reconnect with your creative energy, and cultivate a renewed sense of self.

Rosenda, art and sophrology practitioner
Rosenda founded the ANA School of Creativity in 2014, where she teaches an original approach to the creative practice through the harmonisation of the student’s inner landscape. It is a method that leads to the source of one’s creativity, the place from which radiance and authenticity shine forth. By learning to repeatedly return to this space, students begin to access, integrate and embody radiance in their life.Rosenda’s journey weaves across continents, tracing a path from Italy to Hamburg, New York to New Delhi. First a student of philosophy, then a designer, she immersed herself in India’s textile arts, earning the trust of Kashmiri master craftsmen. Their creations found a home at Le Cachemirien, her Parisian gallery, a sanctuary where craft and design met, cherished by collectors and connoisseurs. After two decades, she moved from textiles to the deeper threads of human experience. With the ANA School of Creativity, she has embraced creativity as a joyful, living force, through body-centred practices and energy work. A certified sophrologist, she moves between drawing, painting, meditation and poetry in three languages, deepening her exploration of art’s spiritual and philosophical essence.

Workshop schedule
“The HOME OF JOY changed my life in unexpected ways. Rosenda accompanied me on a journey to understand feminine energy and embrace it with vulnerability and courage. The space she held for all of us was fertile ground where we could blossom; her language felt familiar and mysterious at the same time. It was like remembering a home within me that was already there, but needed to be found and experienced. The container Rosenda creates is one of trust and solidarity, with foundational work that allows for true creative expression and awareness creation. The body, mind and spirit are invited, and challenged, to be present. Sharing the journey with others helps in understanding presence as oneness. After the retreat I felt love coming from an eternal source inside of me, like pouring from me and for me. I felt connected like never before, a sense of belonging that I still carry with me everyday. I am forever grateful to have participated in this experience."Susanna Tosi
